To comply with U.S. mobile carrier regulations, businesses sending SMS or MMS messages using local 10-digit phone numbers (10DLC) must register their business (Brand) and messaging campaign through The Campaign Registry (TCR).
NovumCloud manages the entire registration process on your behalf through Twilio, our trusted messaging platform provider.
NovumCloud is not currently charging any additional fees for TCR registration.
Current registration fees
The following industry-required fees are billed separately from NovumCloud services:

What We Handle
As part of our service, NovumCloud will:
- Complete your Brand and Campaign registration.
- Submit all required information through Twilio.
- Assist with campaign approval requirements.
- Configure your messaging service.
- Help resolve registration issues when possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business information, including:
- Legal business name
- EIN (if applicable)
- Website
- Privacy Policy
- Terms & Conditions (if applicable)
- SMS use case
- Sample messages
- Opt-in method
Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or prevent approval.

Registration fees are established by The Campaign Registry (TCR), Twilio, and participating U.S. mobile carriers. These fees are pass-through charges and are not set or controlled by NovumCloud. Pricing and carrier requirements may change without notice.
