NovumCloud Technologies LLC provides IT services including but not limited to Cloud VoIP Phone System, Cloud Email, Web Design, Web Hosting, Network Management, Network Cabling, Software development, system maintenance, etc. The specifics of the services you request and the scope of the services will be detailed in individual agreements, contracts, or service orders.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site and Services, including during account creation and communication with us.

• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws when using our Site and Services.

• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity, including but not limited to:

  • Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the Site or services.

Upon termination, you must cease using the Site and Services and may not be entitled to any refunds for unused Services.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of American Arbitration Association (AAA) and conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The arbitration will be conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

13. Force Majeure

NovumCloud Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or technical failures.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Miami-Dade County, Florida, and governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with any additional agreements, policies, or terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and NovumCloud Technologies LLC regarding your use of the Site and Services. Any previous agreements are superseded by this Agreement.
